Sugar is the second most common component, after water, for many beverages. The sugar must be dissolved before use in the production of beverages. The sugar melting tank also called a sugar dissolver is used to melt sugar by sterilizing, heating and heat preserving functions.
The sugar dissolving system consists of an inner tank and outer packaging. The cylindrical inner tank and shell cover are fabricated from stainless steel and form an inner layer for heat transfer. In addition, the melting tank features a polished stainless steel package that provides an elegant appearance.
In the dissolving process, sugar and cold water are put in the tank and steam is installed on the pipe connected to the interlayer to detect the pressure and assure safe production.
