The bottle warmer is designed for carbonated drink production line. It is used to eliminate the condensed water caused by aseptic cold filling on the exterior wall of PET bottles or glass bottles. This makes it convenient for coding, labeling, encasing and other processes.

After filling, the carbonated drinks in bottles will be preheated by hot water. Hot water will gradually preheat the whole bottle of drinks, making the temperature rise slowly. It will not result in bottle deformation caused by quick rise of temperature.

The bottle warmer is a warming tunnel that is a great solution for warming and sterilizing filled bottles. Via belt conveyor, the filled bottles are transported into tunnel for sterilizing and warming.
